High Voltage

HIGH VOLTAGE is a volunteer nonprofit agency that provides educational and recreational programs for youth, families and senior citizens. We are dedicated to helping youth realize their potential, build character, and function effectively as contributing members of society. High Voltage works to build community collaborations, and partnerships with organizations that serve youth and senior citizens. Since 2019, we also serve as a Louisiana Volunteer Relief Organization when donations allow.

Established in 2003 in New Orleans, Louisiana, High Voltage is a volunteer organization dedicated to providing educational and recreational programs foryouth, families and senior citizens. Our organization's overarching mission is to provide intergenerational programs that contribute to the well-being of the community's youth and senior citizens. High Voltage focuses on delivering learning and recreational initiatives to empower disadvantaged youth, helping them build character and recognize their inherent strengths. Students enrolled in these programs have the opportunity to earn high school, college and medical school community service credit.
