Neighborhood Football Club

Neighborhood FC provides subsidized club-level soccer programs for children in the Greater Harrisburg Area, particularly those in marginalized or underserved communities - we are currently in our 7th year of operation. We began with 12 children and now are up to 50 children in our program. Since the start, our program has been sustained via financial support, donations, and gifts from parents and also the community we serve. We believe that soccer is a powerful tool for promoting social mobility, fostering a sense of community, and equipping youth with valuable life skills.

STEAM activity sets (Kiwico) are incorporated into the curriculum as giveaways. This aspect of the program serves as (1) a training incentive and (2) a tool to open new pathways for creativity, innovation, and growth beyond soccer

Our approach aims to address the root causes of social issues impacting the youth we serve. Ultimately we look to positively impact the health and well-being of all children in our program on and off-the-field.
